You can fill your shopping basket as you go and all items will be listed when you view your basket.  You can do this at any time by clicking on the view basket button on the bottom of the page. If necessary you can delete unwanted items at this stage.
Once you are happy with the order, you will be given three payment options:

1. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT

You are forwarded to a secure page where you will enter your credit/debit card details.  You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

2. TELEPHONE PAYMENT

If you would prefer to give your credit/debit card details over the telephone, then you can do this. We will have received your e-mailed order details and then after you telephone we will process your order.

3. CHEQUE PAYMENT

If it is easier for you to send a cheque, your order details will be displayed for you to print out and send to us along with your cheque made payable to P&M WOOLCRAFT

If you would like to order in the traditional way then you can always call us instead and place your order over the telephone


While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

POSTAGE/DELIVERY CHARGE

Postage for UK mainland delivery will be charged at standard Royal Mail prices.  Postage on overseas orders will be charged at cost. Contact us for prices. We will always issue an invoice for all goods.

DAMAGED GOODS

Packages which appear to be damaged on delivery should be signed DAMAGED.  Always keep the package and advise us immediatly.

POSTAGE/DELIVERY CHARGE

Postage for UK mainland delivery will be based on the total weight of the package and will be normally sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Larger items above about 3kg will normally be sent by Parcel Force. Postage on overseas orders will be charged at cost + a small packing fee, this will be advised before sending. Contact us for an estimate if required. We will always issue an invoice for all goods.

RETURNING GOODS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you are entitled to return them at any time from placing the order up to 7 days from delivery. You must notify us in writing of cancellation of your order, and the cost for returning the goods will be your responsibility.

The goods must be returned undamaged/unused so that they can be resold and you will receive a full refund, excluding all postage costs, within 30 days of their return. If items have been used their cost cannot be refunded. Goods which have been incorporated into other goods, or undergone further processing by the customer cannot be returned.

Goods which have been ordered as a special item/special order - these include Louet Floor Looms - or bought in as a special request (ie not a stock item) cannot be refunded or cancelled once ordered.
